Tracy’s organization has created several proprietary models for the analysis and management of social media data. While maintaining an obsessive focus on data quality, she continues to make innovation a key priority. The team she oversees provides insightful analysis and real-time monitoring to business leaders across the enterprise. They produce a wide range of media intelligence covering critical topics and events (both planned and unplanned.)  

Beyond the work of transforming of massive amounts of unstructured data into something meaningful, the analysis includes the more human attributes of social data, including patterns of behavior and language as predictive elements. 

In 2008 Tracy established the fist social media listening capabilities for Bank of America as part of other responsibilities, it was later expanded and combined with traditional media to create a comprehensive Enterprise Media Monitoring organization supporting all lines of business globally. Prior to this she held a variety of leadership roles in eCommerce and Global Technologies.  

Tracy is a graduate of the University of South Florida majoring in Finance where she currently serves on their Information Systems and Decision Sciences advisory board. Her graduate level studies were in Information Systems at Nova University and Business Administration at St Leo University.  @TBellwether
